Walk thru quiet, old neighborhoods, a large city park, vibrant restored downtown with quaint shops and great restaurants, a restored railroad terminal and through a cemetery with the "Angel" which inspired Thomas Wolfe's "Look Homeward Angel"

Start Point:	201 South Main St, Hendersonville, NC 28792. 828-693-9708 or 800-828-4244. From I-26, take Exit 49B onto US64 West, travel approximately 2 miles, turn left onto Main Street, go 8 blocks to Visitors Center on right. Parking lot is just beyond Visitors Center. Alt Start Point: Holiday Inn Express I-26 and Upward Rd, 111 Commercial Blvd.Flat Rock, NC 28731, 828-698-8899. Take Exit 53 off I-26. From the north, turn right. From the south turn left. The Holiday Inn Express is immediately behind McDonald's. Turn left at stop light at Commercial Blvd to Holiday Inn Express. Register here.
