Daily Summer 9 to 9. Winter 9 to 5. This walk is on park trails and roads of 350 acre park. Attractions to be noted at the park include crossing a trestle bridge over the lake. The park includes paddle boats, a carousel, and a miniature train. Park also includes an 80 site family campground. There is no admission fee or parking fee to visit the park. Bank fishing on a ten acre lake, miniature golf,with a special area for the younger children.
Special additions to the park include Hurley Station with the Spencer Moose Special and Stanback Express Miniature Trains, Haden's Carousel, Foltz Steel Bridge and the Miner Moose Gem Mine.

Start Point:
6800 Bringle Ferry Road. 704-636-2089. From I-85, take Exit 76 (Albemarle, US 52 South). Go south on US 52 for 4/10 of a mile and turn left on Newsome Road. Travel1.0 miles on Newsome Road and turn right on Bringle Ferry Road. Go 5.6 miles to park entrance on the left. Take second right in park to the parking lot. Walk to the ParkOffice/Concession Stand.
