Walk goes through the beautiful Northland Arboretum with all natural trails, native tree trails and Paul Bunyan Jack Pine Savanna. This is a former landfill restored to an ecological site.. Also includes a Monet garden, Potlatch Gazebo, Youth Gardens and more. A $3 fee is recommended for the Arboretum. Bring bug spray especially if it's warm out. An alternate walk route is rated 1and will be on the bike trail which is blacktop and an out and back trail. You will have directions to drive to the Arboretum which is approx 1 1/2 mile from the motel.This is a featured 2010 MN County Walk.
