250 College Avenue(corner of College & W. Walnut St.) Lancaster, PAFrom Baltimore & South: I-83 North to Exit 9 (York). Take US 30 East to the Harrisburg Pike Exit. Turn right at the top of the ramp and proceed into Lancaster on Harrisburg Ave.At the 9th traffic light after US 30, turn right unto College Ave., passing Franklin & Marchall College, to the second signal. The block-long Medical Center is on your right. Three hour parking is permitted on streets surrounding the Hospital.From Harrisburg & North: PA 283 East to US 30 just west of Lancaster. Follow US 30 West to the Harrisburg Pike Exit, turn left at the top of the ramp and following the above instructions. From Philadelphia & the Northeast: PA Turnpike West to Exit 21 (Reading-Lancaster). Take US 222 South to US 30 just north of Lancaster. Follow US 30 West to the Harrisburg Pike Exit, turn left at the top of the ramp and folow the above instructions. From the Southeast: Take US 30 West around Lancaster to the Harrisburg Pike Exit, turn left at the top of the ramp and follow the above instructions.
