The City of Fair Oaks Ranch evolved from several parcels of land acquired by oil man Ralph Fair, Sr. during the 1930s. The working ranch, which had a dairy and granary, was first a center for Mr. Fairʼs racehorse operation.
The shooting happened around 1:00 p.m. Wednesday on Utopia near Fairlawn Drive on the Southeast Side.
