Exciting new balance boards and balance trainers are used by extreme athletes, skateboarders, wakeboarders and Physical Therapists to help retrain injured ankles and knees.
The accident happened just before 3:00 a.m. Wednesday on Wurzbach Parkway and Starcrest.
